Kue Bunga Coco Krunch

Bahan :

 

Kuning telur : 2 butir

Mentega : 150 gram

Gula halus : 125 gram

Tepung terigu : 250 gram (secukupnya)

Keju parut : 100 gram

Coklat bubuk : 20 gram

Coco Krunch : 50 gram

Vanili

 

Cara membuat :

 

Kocok mentega dan gula halus sampai kembang. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan vanili. Masukkan coklat bubuk dan keju parut. Aduk hingga rata. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk dengan sendok kayu hingga kalis. Gilas adonan dan cetak bundar. Di atasnya diberi coco krunch, atur bentuknya sehingga seperti bunga.
